Enacts Security Breach Law
Virginia has added new laws regarding security breaches.
The law simply states that if sensitive data is compromised
you have to notify the Office of the Attorney General
immediately of the breach.

practices still can't prevent malicious software and
intruders from accessing your data. This issue is commonly
underestimated as a productivity or net nanny issue.
Where lost time and legal liabilities could be legitimate
reasons to invest in controlling the content your users
have access to on the net the more important reason
might actually be surprising.

Deductions on IT Purchases
Earlier this year, President Bush signed the Economic
Stimulus Act of 2008 (H.R. 5140), a bill providing temporary
tax incentives for businesses to make investments in
their companies and fuel economic growth.
